Meet Assistant Coach Wallace!

Learn about Hartwick's new Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach, Kathleen Wallace

Wallace joins the Hartwick Women’s Lacrosse program after graduating from Dartmouth College in June, 2011 with a B.A. in Music. A native of Shoreham, NY, Wallace competed in cross country, basketball, and lacrosse at Shoreham-Wading River High School. In her senior year, she captained the lacrosse team to the program’s first New York State Championship. At Dartmouth College, Wallace broke into the starting line-up her freshman year and finished the season with 7 goals and 6 assists, including 2 game winners.  Wallace and her teamates travelled to Australia in December, 2008 to take on the Australian National Team, the reigning world champions, in preparation for their 2009 season. Unfortunately, Wallace suffered a career ending head injury shortly after in the winter of 2009.

In her four years, Dartmouth made two Ivy League tournament appearances, one appearance in the NCAA tournament, and won the Ivy League Title in 2011. She also worked as the J.V.
